3. Payments

• Payment is processed securely via Paystack.
• Charges are in USD, with applicable fees handled by the payment processor.
• Final payment must be made after the demo preview is approved.

4. Delivery Timelines

• Static websites are typically delivered within 5–7 business days.
• Full-stack websites are typically delivered within 15–21 business days.
• Delays may occur if additional revisions or requirements are introduced.

5. Revisions

Clients are entitled to reasonable revisions based on the original project scope. Major changes outside the agreed scope may attract additional charges.

6. Refunds

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for losses caused by delays, third-party services, or client-provided content.
